Eventually, every asphalt parking lot becomes too worn for routine maintenance and requires more comprehensive reconstruction. This church parking lot in Racine had cracks, the lines were faded, and everything just looked worn down.
First, we milled the lot to remove the damaged areas and shaved the surface to a uniform depth. Then, we added a layer of fresh asphalt and new striping to make the parking lot look good as new.
