School parking lots become very congested places, especially in the morning when students arrive and in the afternoon when classes are dismissed. A maintenance plan can help keep the school parking areas looking good, but, more importantly, can also help provide safe passage for students, staff, and visitors to and from the facilities. For the Johnson boys’ alma mater (Milwaukee Pius XI High School), we filled in cracks and potholes, applied sealcoating, and re-striped the lot. Our concrete crew also replaced the sidewalk leading to the school’s Performing Arts Center. Everything was looking good for the 1st day of school!
